This complimentary resource provides you with tools to prepare for, investigate, and respond to the cyber threats you face in the delivery of medicine. It includes sample policies, risk assessment resources, team training, incident response tools, tabletop exercises, and much more.

How to Login
When you click through to the Breach Solutions Cyber Center for the first time, you will be asked to register with a unique login, which will be recognized upon future visits.
- Click through on the link below to reach the log in page.
- Scroll below the log in fields and select "Register."
- You will be asked to:
- Input this activation code: rxYy8Y
- Input your Physicians Insurance policy ID number
(If you do not know your policy ID number, you can contact our Operations Department at talktous@phyins.com.) - Create a unique username (your email) and password.
- Complete the registration information.
- Upon registration completion, you will receive a confirmation email to validate your registration (be sure to check your junk mail folder if you do not see it).
Once you have validated your registration, you can log on to the site with your username and password.
