Amy focuses her practice on healthcare litigation and regulatory matters, representing healthcare providers and facilities in complex healthcare, licensing, and disciplinary litigation, counsels on compliance with HIPAA and HITECH, with a particular focus on HIPAA privacy, security, and breach notiﬁcation requirements and compliance with 42 CFR Part 2 and state privacy regulations.

Amy graduated Seattle University School of Law in 2006, magna cum laude. Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Amy was a shareholder at a Seattle-based law ﬁrm focused on serving the healthcare industry. She is a former lecturer at the University of Washington School of Law and has been an adjunct professor at the Seattle University School of Law since 2015.
