Attorney, Partner at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP

Amy focuses her practice on healthcare litigation and regulatory matters, representing healthcare providers and facilities in complex healthcare, licensing, and disciplinary litigation, counsels on compliance with HIPAA and HITECH, with a particular focus on HIPAA privacy, security, and breach notification requirements and compliance with 42 CFR Part 2 and state privacy regulations.

Amy graduated Seattle University School of Law in 2006, magna cum laude. Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Amy was a shareholder at a Seattle-based law firm focused on serving the healthcare industry. She is a former lecturer at the University of Washington School of Law and has been an adjunct professor at the Seattle University School of Law since 2015.
