We redesigned our website Resource and Education Libraries to provide a more intuitive and efficient user experience. Over time, our content offerings have grown significantly, and we recognized that our previous layout made it difficult for users to quickly find the materials they needed. By improving navigation, adding advanced filtering options, and streamlining the overall design, we've made it easier for visitors to more quickly view and access courses, guidance documents, sample forms and letters, and other key resources. This new structure helps users discover relevant information faster, supporting their learning and decision-making processes more effectively.
Additionally, the redesign reflects our commitment to staying current and responsive to Member feedback. We listened closely to what our Members need—whether it was faster page load times, clearer organization, or mobile-friendly access—to implement these changes.
